Your Support Matters
Proceeds from Rock Chalk Forever will benefit the Jayhawk Career Network, the Student Alumni Network and other KU programs to help students remain in school and graduate by supporting all aspects of their well-being, both inside and outside of the classroom. Academic advising, tutoring and career assistance—combined with comprehensive health care, including mental health services—promote learning and overall success, helping students make the most of their KU experience.
Jayhawk Career Network
The Jayhawk Career Network gives students and alumni access to career resources, jobs, events, programming and connections at every stage of their careers. From job opportunities to real-world projects, the Jayhawk Career Network has a resource to help as your professional journey unfolds.
- Over 11,500 Jayhawks are registered on KU Mentoring+ (over 7,000 alumni and 3,900 students)
- More than 70 professional development webinars were offered in 2021-22, averaging 33 registrations per webinar and over 250 archival views
The KU Alumni Association offers over 100 regional, career, and affinity networks led by 300+ volunteers that provide connection opportunities to Jayhawks around the globe.
To support student recruitment, the Association works directly with the Office of Admissions, ensuring that prospective students from KU families receive personal communications and individually tailored campus visits. Additionally, the Legacy Relations program collaborates with the Student Alumni Network to bring engagement opportunities to current legacy students on campus.

Student Alumni Network
- SAN connects students to everything KU: Opportunities on and off campus, KU traditions through the year, Jayhawk classmates and more than 350,000 alumni around the world.
- SAN is free for all students!
- Created a newly defined student engagement model in partnership with KU Endowment that merged the Student Alumni Leadership Board (SALB) and the Student Endowment Board (SEB) organizations to create a student-centered organization referred to as the Student Alumni and Endowment Board (SAEB) which aligns both organization’s resources to create a “best-in-class” student organization that develops the next generation of alumni volunteers and philanthropists through robust programming, education, leadership, and development.
